About the club
The Royal Hasselt Yachting Club (RHYC) has long been well-established in Belgium for tennis and padel lovers. With its stylish facilities, strong community and focus on athletic experience, it’s not just a place to play sports, but also to connect.
The challenge
Until recently, RHYC still used physical cards. Every year, these had to be printed and distributed - a time-consuming process that no longer matched the digital expectations of today’s sports enthusiasts.

The digital membership card is fully linked to the club’s point-of-sale system. When scanned at the bar or clubhouse, orders are automatically linked to the member, discounts are applied, and staff can immediately view the member profile. This makes the membership tangible and visible in daily club life.
